Water Butts

Our water butts are hand-crafted with precision, and their design reflects the 18th century lead cisterns that can still be found in grand gardens & stately mansions. The butts are made with 1.5 mm galvanised steel; containing over 300 litres of rainwater & featuring a hose-ready, brushed chrome tap. A total of 90 coach bolts are used, with every joint treated with waterproof mastic before assembly. The aged patina develops over time and the approximate dimensions exclude the legs and ball decor. We believe our water butts are the best available in terms of style and durability, made to order in the UK with artisan metal workers. Extras such as a galvanised grill to protect against rodents, a galvanised box-section plinth for added protection (particularly useful on open ground) and a 2.5 cm hole for accessing water (placed according to preference) are also available.
